Everything is perfectly fine.
The rooms are well-kept and brand-new with a jacuzzi tub. The hotel's location is comfortable and easy, very close to Clifty Falls and several restaurants and the pond. As we remember, there's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Pizza Hut, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

My stay was very good for the price. the room I stayed in was brand-new and included a jacuzzi tub. the staff was knowledgeable, and the location was perfect. I also enjoyed visiting the Donut Nest, which was just a nice 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The clean of the room was no good, the room smells like smoking rooms when they were not smoking rooms. The bathroom was not clean except the bath tub was clean.

Super friendly staff! My son and I only stayed one night for my daughters graduation at nearby Hanover. This was just a place to sleep for us, but overall it was comfortable and pleasant.
Cable had an issue, but not long.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel; it was well priced and comfortable with free Wi-Fi. Venue's location was comfy and easy, to everything around. Had essentials needed in the queen room, including a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. Private bathroom was fairly clean.
